Still, some notable ones include the Harvey Nichols Store and Customer Service Centre in Edinburgh, Edinburgh Zoo, fifteen locations for The Malcolm Group and multiple locations in England for Emerson. These are just some we’ve announced over the past few weeks and more to come!

We constantly strive to deliver excellence in our service and communication with our clients, something that’s been rewarded with various business awards over the years.

We value our people and celebrate their commitment; we have our Employee of the Month Award and an Annual Awards Event to recognise those who have shone throughout the year. Spectrum.life is our Employee Assistance Programme or EAP, a proactive wellbeing programme for Spectrum employees. It provides employees with easy access to various mental health and practical services to help them through various personal or work-related issues while equipping them with the tools they need to protect and manage their wellbeing.

We are also a Recognised Service Provider with the Living Wage Foundation. We believe in paying a fair wage to our staff, who carry out vital work for many organisations, and therefore we always advocate for the Living Wage. This enables clients to decide if the Living Wage suits their organisation.

Spectrum is an independent family-owned business with strong values; we believe in giving something back, especially in the communities where we work. An excellent example of this is our commitment to Clan Cancer Support in Aberdeen; we are sponsoring their major fundraising initiative – The Big Hop. We support many charities and good causes and will continue to help where we feel we can make a difference.
