We’re pleased to announce the winners of our Employees of the Month award for February: Stephen Winters and Panagiotis Katsiadramis. Here’s why they were nominated and named as winners.

Stephen Winters started with Spectrum in July 2023 as a cleaning operative. He was nominated by Spectrum Site Manager, Mandi Gallacher. Stephen has more than adequately demonstrated his willingness to go beyond his regular duties to help our client.

Speaking about his nomination, Mandi explained: “Stephen has received excellent feedback from our client’s Head of Site Services, who reported that Stephen has gone out of his way to help receive and deliver mail around the site. In addition, has gone above and beyond his mailroom duties to find parcels and letters from Royal Mail which had gone missing in the warehouse. Stephen successfully tracked down the missing mail, some of which was very important, earning additional praise from the office block staff.

“Stephen is an important member of the team and is liked by many, in the client’s team and with his Spectrum colleagues.”

Panagiotis Katsiadramis started with Spectrum in November 2025 as a cleaning operative. With nominations from both Katie Dodds, Regional Operations Manager and Sergejs Bondarenko, Senior Area Manager, he has been quick to make an impact at R&A Kingsbarns.

Commenting on his nomination, Katie said: “Panos receives excellent feedback from the client, he has exceedingly high standards and is always willing to support short notice sickness, holidays and vacancies without hesitation.”

She also noted that, to his credit, Panos had not been absent since he started working with Spectrum.

Once again, we are delighted with the winners of the February 2026 Employee of the Year Awards; both are genuine ambassadors for our brand, attracting praise from their clients and their colleagues at Spectrum.  Well done to Stephen and Panos, we appreciate your commitment and the impact you make on those around you.
