Just a quick note to pass on my thanks to your team for their efforts over the last few days in assisting to prepare the Stadium for yesterday’s visit by the SFA board, all the areas were prepared to a high standard and the support we received was first rate.

Can you please pass on my particular thanks to the team supervisor ‘Tam’ who always gives us 110% for every event and who has over the years developed a clear understanding of our ethos. We recently took on a large FM managing agent contract and inherited many cleaning issues with the previous contractor. The decision was taken to change to Spectrum Service Solutions and it was a decision well made. Cleaning concerns were a high issue topic at review meetings and I am pleased to say this has now ceased.

The cleaning staff were TUPED over and are evidently happier. The management team are always available to discuss anything that crops up and assist with additional out of contract requirements. We are using Spectrum for a high level clean/pipework of the bottling hall and confident the client will be extremely impressed with the outcome.

I am the owner of Speirs Gumley a property management company in Central Scotland and had to write to you regarding your team at the events in particular George Square. It was the cleanest event I have been at for a while and frankly it was a tough job. The girls were fantastic, the toilets were the cleanest I have seen.

I did say to the girls but felt you had to know, it really is a thankless task and your team done a grand job. Well done.

I have been using Spectrum’s services since 2007 at multiple locations throughout Scotland, with the vast amount of properties in Glasgow. These include various sized offices, retail and industrial parks. The services provided include internal cleaning, external site cleaning, sparkle cleans’ and deep cleaning.

I have always found them to be very efficient and competent in mobilising and running long term contracts. Where any issues occur, they deal with them quickly and effectively.

They are fully aware of health, safety and environmental requirements and ensure staff and sites remain compliant.

I know of no reason why any company should hesitate to award a contract to Spectrum.

Having visited the centre and being a regular visitor to Ocean Terminal I would like to pass on my delight when approaching the Ladies toilets.

There was a noticeable difference in the cleanliness and smell in the toilet hallway. Upon entering and using the toilets I was delighted to pass on further more gratitude to the toilet cleaning assistant, Laura I believe her name to be: she was polite and friendly, approachable and working hard to ensure the cleanliness was set at a high standard.

In my opinion this should be recognised and appreciated. Such a difference has been made and I feel you should know this.
