We are thrilled to announce that our Employee of the Month for April winner is Agata Kowalczyk.  Agata’s outstanding dedication and commitment to maintaining exceptional cleaning standards have earned her this well-deserved recognition.

Although Agata has only been with Spectrum for a relatively short time, seven months, she has already made an impression on the management team and with clients. Agata works across three sites and is highly thought of by everyone she works with.

The positive comments about her from all three sites led our Operations Director, Rebecca Bell, to nominate her directly. Regarding why she put Agata forward for April’s award, Rebecca said: “We consistently get positive feedback about Agata; the comments range from the quality of her work to her friendly nature and her willingness to please. She is a great example to others and a fantastic asset to Spectrum; I was delighted to put her forward as our April Employee of the Month.”

Emma Reid, Building Manager at Knight Frank Promise, took the time to share her thoughts on Agata’s exceptional work: “Agata works hard to maintain very high cleaning standards and is always accommodating when I have cleaning requests and suggestions. It occurred to me that people are sometimes quick to pass on negative feedback, but in this instance, I would like to provide some positive feedback! Agata is a brilliant cleaner, and we are happy to have her at Exchange Place.”

The rest of the management team at Spectrum agreed wholeheartedly with Rebecca, and we are delighted that Agata is the Employee of the Month for April. Agata, we genuinely appreciate your daily hard work, commitment and attitude.
