Rounding off a momentous year with our best wishes

As the festive period approaches, we’d like to take the opportunity to thank our people, clients and partners for another outstanding year; here are a few of the highlights and achievements from 2022.

We have boosted our infrastructure with the appointment of our National Operations Manager, Tracie Tonner and the introductions of Caroline Kane and Jim Donnell to strengthen the team further and support our growth.

We continued to give back to the communities where we operate. For example, we supported the Trussell TrustDundee BairnsSt Vincent’s Hospice and Clan Cancer Support, which are incredibly worthy causes that we are happy to help.

We have implemented Spectrum.life, a comprehensive employee benefit and well-being scheme, including additional annual leave for every employee.

We have extended partnerships with existing clients into new locations and by negotiating long-term contracts. In addition, we are also welcoming a host of new clients to our growing portfolio.

Remarkably, we’ve cleaned over 2 million seats in stadiums and event grandstands!

We continue to encourage personal development and, whenever possible, promote from within the company. We’re proud of our track record, as shown in two recent blogs featuring Lynne Graham and Gemma Pollock, who are first-class examples of staff thriving at Spectrum.

Finally, we were delighted to win two awards at the recent Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce Rocco Awards – ‘Family Business of the Year’ and ‘Excellence in Customer Service’. We were equally delighted to be finalists in the National Awards in London when we were nominated for the IWFM Team of the Year awards.

We’re already roaring into 2023 with several successes in the pipeline and some additional operational appointments to support our organic growth. We’re grateful for our people, partners and supply chain who help Spectrum support our fantastic client base daily. Spectrum’s Managing Director, Sara Speirs, when reflecting on 2022, said: “It’s been a momentous year; we’ve been extremely busy throughout the business. The whole team has performed exceptionally well, and we are happy to report growth in every sector in which we work.

“We have a healthy client portfolio which continues to expand, so we anticipate another busy year ahead. We value our team, clients, partners and suppliers and hope everyone involved with Spectrum has a relaxing and happy time over the festive period.”

Spectrum’s Operations Director, Rebecca Bell, added: “The response from the team this year has been fantastic. The business has been busy throughout the year, and our team, partners, and suppliers have exceeded our expectations and that of the clients they serve. So, I hope everyone in the extended Spectrum ‘family’ has a wonderful time over Christmas and New Year, and we look forward to continued success in 2023.”
