We talk a lot about our commitment to Customer Service, but it’s even better when we are recognised by others for the levels we achieve. Therefore, we are delighted that we’ve just been announced as finalists in the Glasgow Business Awards in the ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ category.
Last week the news arrived that we had made it into the elite group of finalists. These awards are a fantastic annual event where innovation and excellence in business in and around Glasgow is celebrated.
The awards are organised by Glasgow Chamber of Commerce – the voice of business in Glasgow. They are one of the oldest chambers in the world offering a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help businesses succeed and grow. We are therefore delighted to be part of this group which is driving Scottish business forward.
At every level in Spectrum, our staff are motivated to exceed the expectations of our customers. Our determination to deliver more starts as early as the tendering process and continues through every aspect of every contract.
