Once again, we have been awarded a new contract from an existing client, which is a further testament to the great work done by our team at Spectrum.

This time, our client is Knight Frank, with whom we work on several other properties. Knight Frank is one of the world’s leading property consultancies with an extensive portfolio of commercial properties under its management throughout Scotland and, indeed, the world!

The new contract is at Sutherland House in St Vincent Street, Glasgow. This multi-tenant office building has recently been transformed, with a significant overhaul of the building’s lifts, plant, and machinery, as well as an extensive refurbishment of the reception and common areas. Spectrum will provide cleaning, consumables, pest control, and sanitary services throughout the building.

Spectrum’s Operations Director, Rebecca Bell, was delighted with the contract extension and said: “Knight Frank is a valued client with which we have worked for many years. The fact that they are awarding us additional contracts speaks volumes about the excellent relationship we have with them and the quality of services we consistently deliver.
