We are pleased to announce the winners of our November Employees of the Month; both are very worthy winners and ideal ambassadors for Spectrum. They are Marina McGraw and John Robertson.

Marina McGraw started working with Spectrum in June 2022, and her hard work and positive attitude were quickly recognised and subsequently rewarded when she was promoted to Team Leader in September 2023.

Marina was nominated by Helen Love, who stated, “Marina not only works exceptionally hard on her shifts, she also covers for our client’s in-house cleaner when required. She undoubtedly has Spectrum’s best interests all the time.”

Marina obviously has a ‘can do’ attitude, and she inspires others in her team to exceed expectations and work efficiently and effectively at all times.

John Robertson started working with Spectrum in October 2022. He was nominated by his Manager, Alistair Love, who said: “Since starting with Spectrum, John has given 100% every day. His timekeeping and attendance records are exemplary, and he is happy to work wherever he is needed in any role or at any site. John willingly works overtime when it is offered and, at short notice, he has worked night shifts to support the client’s dynamic needs.”

John’s dedication, flexibility and desire to learn are qualities we appreciate at Spectrum, and his eagerness has clearly caught Alistair’s eye, who also added: “John has completed off-site CSE Entry training and has entered a confined space to carry out cleaning duties to support client requests on this”.

Congratulations to both Marina and John. You are excellent ambassadors for Spectrum, and your commitment and hard work are greatly appreciated.
