Well done, Gemma!
Gemma joined Spectrum on 17th December 2020 as Cleaning Supervisor at our Calachem site in Grangemouth. In this newly created role, Gemma very quickly and efficiently familiarised herself with the demands and challenges of the site. During December Gemma worked with Craig Lorimer, our East Contract Manager, while awaiting the appointment of the Site Manager.
Craig commented: “Gemma has been a fantastic addition to our team at CalaChem and in my opinion, is exactly what the site needed! She always gives 110% and nothing is ever a problem. She has extremely high standards, which again suits the busy site, and she has settled in so well. Gemma has been a huge support in helping Lynn settle into her new role and the site is now in a really good place, I believe this is because we have the right people on-site and Gemma is a fine example of this. Keep up the good work Gemma!!”
Gemma brings a positive attitude to her work and her ability to react quickly and efficiently is one of her strengths. Always prepared to step in and help out anywhere on the site, she is a working supervisor with excellent attention to detail.
Gemma always arrives on time and smartly dressed in her uniform, giving a clear message to her team and clients of Spectrum’s values.
Gemma’s Manager, Lynn West commented “Although Gemma and I have only worked together for a short time, she has proven to be an asset to my team and brings stability to the evening cleaning staff as she is always on hand to assist, answer questions and support the team.”
