We are delighted to announce our September Employees of the Month Awards winners: Agenese Kucane and Matthew Rodger.

Agenese Kucane started working with Spectrum in September 2025 at the Regus shared office facility at Cluny Court in Kircaldy. In a very short space of time, Agenese has impressed Regional Manager Katie Dodds, the Spectrum management team, and, most importantly, the client!

Agenese was nominated by Regional Operations Manager, Katie Dodds, who stated: “Agnese has been with the business since September 2025; she has made a great impact on cleaning standards and ensures client expectations are met.”

Matthew Rodger started with Spectrum in September 2021 and works at various client sites as a Cover Operative in the West. He was nominated by Head of Operations, Gemma Pollock, and the nomination was fully endorsed by his Regional Manager, Helen Love.

Speaking about why she chose Matthew for the award, Gemma said, “While I am still integrating into the West team, I attended a mobilisation with Matthew, and he couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful.  He went above and beyond to support training TUPE staff and to ensure tasks were completed to our standard.  Matthew confidently liaised with our new clients on site, appropriately and professionally.”

Once again, the two winners demonstrate the team’s quality at Spectrum, and both are valued ambassadors of the Spectrum brand. Well done to both Agenese and Matthew, your hard work, commitment, and willingness to help those around you are much appreciated.
