Last week, the best golfers on the planet teed it up at Augusta National to compete in The Masters, and congratulations to Hideki Matsuyama for his stunning, historic win.
Traditionally, many golfers consider the golf season to have arrived when The Masters takes place. So, it is particularly relevant that our latest contract win is for a golf club. We are delighted to announce Spectrum will provide regular cleaning services at Ranfurly Castle Golf Club in Bridge of Weir.
Remarkably, Ranfurly Castle Golf Club was established 45 years before the first Masters competition. Founded in 1889, the club is steeped in history and offers a fair challenge to all golfer levels. We are delighted to be working with such a prestigious club, and we look forward to getting to know the staff and the members over the coming months.
Of course, golf-related clients are not new to Spectrum; we have been providing cleaning and waste management services to some of the biggest tournaments in the World over the past few years. We provided our services at The Ryder Cup Matches at Gleneagles in 2014. More recently, we’ve worked at The Scottish Open, The British Masters, The Women’s Open and the biggest of them all, The Open Championship. Indeed, we will be providing a full range of services at Royal St George’s for this year’s Open Championship in July.
We’d be delighted to speak to any sporting club about their premises’ cleaning and facilities management. Regardless of whether they’re teeing it up in the last game on the final day of The Open, or it’s a Sunday morning bounce game, we believe all players deserve the same level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
