We are very happy to announce another contract win, this time for commercial cleaning at Exova.

For over four years Exova has been a client at Hillington where we provide a range of services, so we are very happy to be building on this relationship with our latest contract win.

Exova provide expert testing of metals, soils and pharmaceuticals for organisations globally, they have close to 4,400 colleagues across thirty-one countries. They pride themselves on being trusted worldwide and refer to themselves as a “connected world of expertise” – we are very pleased to be part of their world!

We now provide daily cleaning, deep cleaning of floors, and cleaning of testing areas at three Exova sites across Edinburgh and Glasgow. This is another feather in our cap and adds to our pride in being a leading provider of contract cleaning in the UK.

Exova’s staff operate on a twelve hour shift pattern, so our staff attend the sites during the evenings between Monday and Friday – supporting their needs in the most convenient way for them – once again providing services that truly meet the needs of our clients.

During the tender stage we know the importance of demonstrating a clear understanding of the client’s requirements, as well as being able to clearly show how we intend to meet them. Once again, our experience, expertise, and ability to understand the requirements helped us to win this contract.

However, saying we understand the brief is one thing, delivering it is another. This is where our reputation for providing fully trained personnel, and extremely high levels of customer service makes the difference. We consistently exceed expectations, often delivering services outwith the contract, simply because an unexpected, or temporary, demand emerges.

In yet another competitive tender, both our experience and proven ability to deliver has helped us to prevail, and we look forward to extending the relationship we have with Exova in new locations throughout Scotland.
