We are pleased to announce that we’ve extended our work with our valued client, Lambert Smith Hampton, who has entrusted us with contracts at an additional nine properties in their Scottish property portfolio. The properties are primarily single or multi-tenant offices, and at each location, we will provide a range of services, including cleaning, pest control, waste management and sanitary services.

To provide a flavour of the portfolio, one of the new contracts is at St Vincent Plaza, the 172,307 sq ft office property in Glasgow, where we will provide all of the services outlined above for this impressive office property.

We are always excited to announce new contracts, but it’s particularly pleasing when an existing client awards them. Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) is one of the UK and Ireland’s leading and most progressive property consultancies, with 29 offices and over 1,000 staff.

We first worked with LSH The Pyramids Business Park in Livingston, and we’re delighted to be extending our relationship with them as a result of this multi-contract award.
