Spectrum’s Employee of the Month for September is Thomas Grams, who works at William Grants in Dufftown. Thomas started with Spectrum on the 13th of March, 2023.

Thomas may only have been with Spectrum for seven months, but he’s undoubtedly impressed those around him in that short time, especially his Line Manager and his Regional Manager; both have been sufficiently impressed with his attitude, approach and quality of his work to put him forward for Employee of the Month without any reservations.

Thomas’ Line Manager is Spectrum Area Manager Caroline Kane; she made the following comment about Thomas: “I would like to nominate Thomas Grams at William Grants as he always goes that extra mile to ensure we deliver excellent service. Even though this site is a bit more challenging to get to, Thomas has not missed a day from work and has shown a fantastic willingness to help his colleagues. Thomas always goes above and beyond to help out; he’s a great member of the team, and we really appreciate his attitude and hard work.”

Endorsing Caroline’s thoughts, Spectrum Regional Manager Jennie McColl added:  “Thomas is a very obliging young man. Well presented, eager to please and extremely accommodating. He is a great representative for Spectrum up in the wild North!”
