We are delighted to announce that September’s Employee of the Month is Angela Graham.

Angela started working with Spectrum on February 28th 2022, at an automotive manufacturer; she was recruited to support with shift cover for someone on long-term sick leave. Happily, the person she was supporting returned to work full-time on July 7th, meaning Angela’s contract period ended.

However, Angela’s attendance and commitment to the job were faultless during her contract, and Spectrum wasn’t ready to lose such a promising employee. So, we were delighted when she accepted another opportunity to become a full-time employee to work at a prestigious new office-based contract whilst also supporting events at Hampden Park.

Our faith in Angela has been rewarded because she is now an established member of the Spectrum team working in a permanent role and has maintained her position at Hampden Park.

Regarding her nomination, Angela’s line manager, Lynne Graham, said: “We are delighted to have Angela as part of the team; she is hard-working, accommodating and gets on very well with her team and the clients she works with. She started work to provide fixed-term cover, but we’re delighted to have found her a position as a full-time employee. She is fulfilling all the potential we identified when she joined, and she’s a worthy recipient of the Employee of the Month award”.
