Working with clients in the oil and gas industry requires a particular level of attention to detail and the highest standards of care. Not only do their premises have to be kept hygienic and clean for employees, visitors, suppliers and stakeholders, but it is vital for the meticulous health and safety standards of the industry.

We are delighted to be upholding these standards for our client in Aberdeen, and as such we are pleased to recognise Annemarie Frieslick and Aneta Szczepanska as our Employees of the Month for September 2019. Annemarie and Aneta’s work has not gone unnoticed. Their commitment to exceeding client expectations and hard work has been an imperative element in our successful relationship with the client who we started working with earlier this year.

Annemarie Frieslick started with Spectrum just after we won the contract in Aberdeen and has been an instrumental member of the team in maintaining our high standards. She has carried out a lot of deep cleans during her time with the client, ensuring the premises consistently exceeds expectations. Annemarie has also developed good rapport with her colleagues and fitted in well with the wider team.

Aneta Szczepanska joined Spectrum via the TUPE process. With her extensive experience in working with the client’s unique needs and environment, Aneta has played a vital role in training the rest of the team to achieve the excellent standards expected. As a real ‘people person’, Aneta is well-respected and admired by the client’s employees, integrating herself into the wider team and aligning well with their own values.
