As a previous winner of an IoD Award, our Operations Director Rebecca Bell was recently invited to take part in the ‘Leaders in Business’ podcast produced by the IoD. She recorded the podcast, and it has just been released on all the major podcast channels.
It is a very open and honest conversation between Rebecca and her host, Marlene Lowe, Chair of the Fife and Tayside IoD Committee.
Rebecca takes us through her remarkable journey from a Summer cleaner to company director. She shares some of the challenges and triumphs that have shaped her career, including a pivotal role in the 2012 London Olympics.
