We are delighted to announce that Kerrie Grant is Spectrum’s Employee of the Month.

Kerrie works as a Supervisor at an engineering and manufacturing customer. She began working as a cleaner with Spectrum in October 2018 and was promoted to Supervisor in August 2021.

Kerrie now leads a team of six, covering dayshift and backshift, delivering consistently excellent work standards. She is named our October winner following a particularly competitive Employee of the Month review, with many deserving candidates; however, Kerrie’s outstanding performance makes her a very well-deserved winner.

Kerrie’s Manager, Jim Donnell, has said about the news, “Throughout the years, Kerrie has been extremely consistent in attendance, attitude and attention to detail. Though I’m relatively new to Spectrum, Kerrie has immediately stood out as a Spectrum superstar. During my regular visits and onsite audits, Kerrie is always a pleasure to work with.

“The client is extremely pleased with the service, and the team are all very driven to achieve the best results; this is a testament to Kerrie’s leadership. Kerrie’s doing a good job and has the team’s respect. She is very focused on her work and has great communication skills with myself, the team and the client.”
