We are delighted to recognise Gary McInnes as our October Employee of the Month. Gary works as an operative at one of our Tier 1 COMAH manufacturing plants. One of Gary’s roles at the plant is to provide a safety standby service, to keep staff and contractors safe.

Gary recently challenged a safety process with Senior Management, which prompted a process review, resulting in additional safety measures being implemented on-site to ensure everyone’s safety.

The client’s Senior Management team were so impressed with Gary’s proactive action that he was praised for his courage in challenging the status quo. Gary also received gift vouchers from the client as a thank you.

Safety plays such an important role in everything we do at Spectrum, so we are thrilled to have such a tenacious, safety-conscious employee like Gary on our team.
