We are delighted to announce that Stephen Kane is Spectrum’s Employee of the Month for November.

Stephen started working with Spectrum on 28th August 2022 to services a recently awarded contract at Kippie Lodge, Aberdeen. The client decided to move to Spectrum to improve cleaning standards and consistency of service delivery; Stephen has been instrumental in the contract’s success and continues to impress the client and the management team at Spectrum. Tracie Tonner, National Operations Manager, and Caroline Kane, Area Manager, both nominated Stephen for the November award.

Tracie Tonner said, “I would like to nominate Steve Kane at Kippie Lodge; he has been instrumental in the success of this contract and works tirelessly, going above and beyond to deliver excellent service.”

Further praise came from Spectrum’s Managing Director, Sara Speirs, who added, “I’ve witnessed first-hand the excellent cleaning standards which Stephen delivers; he has outstanding customer service skills and is well-liked on site.”
