Congratulations to Ruth Strachan, November’s Spectrum Employee of the Month.  Ruth is a multi-site employee in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen, where she fulfils the roles of cleaner and supervisor.

Since joining Spectrum in 2017, Ruth has consistently demonstrated her dedication to the company by achieving exceptionally high standards in every aspect of her work.  This has led to regular audit scores of 100%, showing that she takes pride in her work and in delivering service excellence to Spectrum’s clients.

Ruth is an exemplary member of staff with an excellent attendance record; she epitomises the values of the company and is a credit to the whole team working in Aberdeen.  It is for these reasons Ruth was selected as Employee of the Month for November.
