Contract wins are exciting for various reasons, and our latest is no different. It’s not a new client; we’ve worked with global technology, software and engineering giant Emerson for several years at their facilities in Cumbernauld and Aberdeen. Neither were we appointed by a new property management company; we work with CBRE in their premises and in many of their client’s facilities.

So, why are we excited about this new contract? Because it’s for three locations in the South; Stockton, Stockport and Leicester. We are delighted that Emerson has extended our remit to look after their cleaning and consumables at all three locations.

Emerson is a global leader and a genuine powerhouse driving innovation that makes the world healthier, safer, smarter and more sustainable. We consider it a privilege to work with them, and we’re delighted they have appreciated our hard work in Scotland enough to entrust us with cleaning these facilities in England.

These new locations are a welcome addition to our portfolio, which is growing in numbers and expanding in geographical coverage. We look forward to working with the Emerson teams in Stockton, Stockport and Leicester and continuing to grow the Spectrum brand across the UK.
