We are delighted to announce that Coleen Watson was the May Employee of the Month at Spectrum.

Coleen is an excellent example of how Spectrum identifies and rewards hard work. Coleen started working with Spectrum as a cleaner at the NHS Pyramids site, which was always a temporary position. However, her hard work, dedication and commitment were quickly spotted. That being the case, Spectrum wanted to ensure she was adequately rewarded with a full-time role.

We were delighted when she accepted the position as Supervisor at Glen Turner distillery, where she has proved to be a great addition to the team. The client is extremely happy with her to the extent that she recently received a personal email to thank her for the positive influence she has brought.

Coleen and her partner love to drive north and enjoy the beautiful scenery in her spare time.
