For our Employee of the Month of May 2019, we are delighted to share ‘The Tale of Two Megs’. It is a true success story about two ladies who have both been with Spectrum long-term, for twelve years and eight years respectively. Both Meg’s joined Spectrum initially as Cleaning Operatives and are perfect examples of employees who have worked hard, shown their commitment to delivering an excellent service and have been exemplary employees that we have had the pleasure of developing into further roles.

Meg Kerr works alongside one of our Site Managers, Ally Love, to manage, support and ensure a quality service delivery overseeing cleaning staff servicing multiple buildings on a large chemical manufacturing site in Ayrshire. Meg has impressed with her supportive nature and keen eye for detail when it comes to auditing and ensuring compliance on this Tier 1 COMAH site.  Since joining us as a cleaning operative, Meg has risen through the ranks to become a Supervisor.

Meg Aitken is the right-hand woman to our Site Manager at William Grant’s Distillery, Bellshill. Meg has excelled herself by demonstrating strong communication skills and her ability to problem solve, stepping up when the Site Manager is on leave.
