At Spectrum, we’re quick to spot good people with solid work ethics; that’s why this month, we are delighted to name Derick Gunn as our March Employee of the Month. Even though Derick only joined us in December 2021, he has already caught our eye. His dedication and willingness to please the client and his work colleagues stand out and make him an ideal recipient this month.

Derick started as a night operative working at Clan Haven but soon began working the day shift at one of our Oil & Gas customers; now, he works on a combination of both. He has proven to be flexible and eager to please those around him.

Sharon Miller, Operations Manager at Spectrum, nominated Derick and said: “I would like to put forward Derick Gunn for Employee of the Month. He is a mobile operative in Aberdeen; since starting, he has covered several sites and has gone above and beyond for Spectrum – he is both consistent and reliable.”
