We are delighted to announce that our winner of Employee of the Month for June is Graham Edward.

Graham started working with Spectrum in November 2019 at the Calachem site, where he was well respected for his work ethic and willingness to help whenever possible. His hard work and adaptability made him the ideal candidate for the Mobile Cover position he took up at the beginning of 2023.

Graham is never phased when asked to stand in or provide support at the last minute, often working long hours to complete the task. It’s not just the management team that appreciates his dedication; clients have provided excellent feedback about his polite nature and eagerness to please.

Graham’s Manager, Gemma Pollok, is equally pleased with Graham’s performance and said the following about his nomination: “Graham’s name is often mentioned when we nominate for Employee of the Month, and I’m delighted that he’s May’s winner. Graham is a fantastic example to those around him, and he’s ideally suited to the Mobile Cover position because he is always willing to step in and help whenever and wherever he is needed.

“It is also notable that clients frequently have positive things to say about Graham and his attitude to work; he is a genuine credit to the company.”
