July is peak Event season for Spectrum and this year it saw us successfully deliver cleaning services to multiple Golf Events across the UK. We believe there are two main factors to delivering successful event services, one being meticulous planning and preparation ahead of every event and another being the people in your team.

Spectrum are delighted to award our Employee of the Month for July to Roberta Osborne, one of our key players in our Event Team. Roberta, fondly known to the Event Managers as ‘Rab’ travelled with a team of colleagues from The Open in Northern Ireland to the AIG Women’s British Open in Woburn. Roberta is regularly spotted out on the Golf Course assisting Spectrum to deliver a high standard of service in VIP, Players and Media areas.

When Roberta is not going over and above at Events she is a Mobile Supervisor for Spectrum, assisting with covering absence and holidays at a variety of contracts. Roberta joined the company in 2014 whilst working with us at the Commonwealth Games and has continued to develop in her role with the business ever since.

We would also like to say a special thank you to the rest of the Event Team who travelled to Northern Ireland, around Scotland and England.
