It’s with great pleasure we announce Spectrum’s Employee of the Month for January 2023 is Jane Templeton.

Jane started with the company on 13th May 2022 as a Cleaning Operative for NHS Haddington. From day one, it was evident that Jane is an exceptional team member; she is committed, hard-working and passionate about her work. So, it was no surprise to anyone that in November 2022, Jane was promoted to Supervisor and moved to a busy transport depot in Edinburgh.   Jane is extremely well thought of by our client and their stakeholders, considered an integral part of the depot team.

Jane‘s line manager, Tracie Tonner, was happy to put her forward for the Employee of the Month nomination. Commenting on Jane, Tracie said: “I would like to nominate Jane Templeton for her outstanding customer service and passion. Jane has been a godsend and makes a real positive impression on the client at Lothian.

“Nothing is too much trouble for her, and she has been extremely accommodating and flexible in her approach. She is proactive and responsive and has gone above and beyond in the last few months. The team responds positively to her; she is a valued team member.”

Spectrum’s Operations Director, Rebecca Bell, added: “Jane is a most welcome and justified winner of our Employee of the Month award. Since she joined Spectrum, we’ve had nothing but good reports about her attitude and application; she sets a fantastic example and is an asset to Spectrum”.
