Christine Hockham is the winner of our Employee of the Month for January. Working on office cleaning contracts in Glasgow City Centre, Christine is genuinely committed to her role and is undoubtedly an excellent Team Spectrum member. Her hard work and dedication are reflected in the high audit scores she achieves with regularity.

In her fourth year with the business, Christine often earns praise from the clients she works with and Spectrum’s Operational Management Team. Speaking about Christine, Spectrum Contract Manager, Helen Love, said: “Christine is always willing to lend a hand and help colleagues, she is accommodating and frequently covers various sites, often at short notice, but always with enthusiasm.
