We are delighted to announce Carly Neil as our Employee of the Month for January. Working at the NHS Vaccination Centre in Bathgate, Carly has demonstrated an incredible work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to support the client and her work colleagues.

Carly started working with Spectrum in August 2021 based in Bathgate, but she has also been happy to travel to other client sites to cover when needed.

Carly was nominated by her Manager Sharon Miller; she commented: “I would like to put forward Carly Neil for Employee of the Month for her hard work and dedication. Carly is always willing to lend a hand to help her colleagues whenever they need it.  Carly is always on time, working with a smile and has been a fantastic addition to the team working hard to keep the vaccination centre clean and sanitised.”
