We are delighted to announce our January Employee of the Month is Stephen ‘Stevie’ McKeown.

Stevie has been part of the Spectrum Team for just under 3 years. He joined us to take on an integral role managing the external grounds and loading bays at William Grant’s Distillery in Bellshill. Stevie has assisted in developing this role over the years due to his flexibility and willingness to go ‘above and beyond’. Stevie is a multi-skilled worker; brushing and sweeping the car parks, removing leaves, litter and debris and power washing as well as completing many manual handling tasks. We have recently sent Stevie on an IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) course to allow him to assist William Grant’s further. IPAF is one of the most recognised governing bodies when it comes to using Powered Access Equipment. We are delighted to help Stevie expand his skillset and support him in his role.

James, Facilities Manager at William Grant’s Distillery, said;

“Stevie has a great attitude and is always very courteous and professional when interacting with all departments within William Grants. When asked do carry out work that is not part of his normal day to day work, Stevie is more than willing to help and this attitude is why William Grant’s and Spectrum have a fantastic working relationship.”
