Our client base in Edinburgh is growing. Having opened a new office in the capital last year we are pleased to be providing our services to a host of companies. We are delighted to have recently started working with The Pyramids Business Park, a multi-tenanted site located in Bathgate.

Spectrum is delivering cleaning services to the communal areas and external grounds, supplying consumables and providing hygiene services alongside window cleaning services. Our work will help to keep the offices clean and comfortable for those who work and visit the business park.

Set in 93 landscaped acres, Pyramids Business Park provides a total of 177,494 sq ft of office accommodation and 183,563 sq ft of distribution space. The business park is currently home to HMRC, Plexus, Redeem, CSL, DRS and Pyramids Fitness amongst a number of other businesses.

Pyramids Business Park is located in a unique area – so unique that is has in fact been the set of two movies! The interiors appeared in the 2018 Netflix film ‘Outlaw King’ and the business park is also home to indoor film studios used for the 2017 film ‘Trainspotting 2’. We are proud to be on board to keep the modern facility, home to a variety of industries, in its very best condition.
