We are delighted to announce that Nicole Sweeney has been selected as February’s Employee of the Month.

Nicole started working with Spectrum in October 2017 and has been an exemplary employee for over five years. Nicole has progressed very well at Spectrum and is now a Supervisor at Eurofins, a position she assumed in May 2022.

Nicole’s Line Manager is Spectrum Area Manager Jim Donnell; he was keen to nominate her for the February Employee of the Month Award. Jim explained why he put Nicole forward: “I nominated Nicole Sweeney at Eurofins because she’s emerged as a great supervisor since her promotion last May. Nicole has worked at Eurofins for over four years, and in that time, she has always been willing to help with any problems on-site. Not only is she highly regarded by the Site Director. She is also respected by her team and the Eurofins’ personnel. She is a credit to Spectrum.”

It’s yet another example of the opportunity for good people to progress and thrive at Spectrum.
