February’s Employee of the Month is Janet Nugent, a very deserving winner, and we’re delighted to recognise her contribution to the Spectrum team.

Janet started work with Spectrum back in July 2017, working at one of our prestigious client sites in Motherwell. Over the last five years, Janet has an exemplary performance record and regularly volunteers for overtime.

Unfortunately, Janet’s site was closed during the pandemic, but she was quick to offer her to be redeployed to another site, where she also excelled.

The client staff also hold Janet in high regard, often commenting on her work ethic and high standard of cleaning. She has become a well-respected member of their team and a genuine asset to Spectrum.

Speaking about Janet, her line Manager, Helen Love, said: “Janet is a star performer; she consistently goes above and beyond for the client team. Janet is very friendly and works well with her colleagues; she’s a fantastic member of the Spectrum team, and I’m delighted she has been recognised as our employee of the month; well done!”

Janet, thank you for all your hard work and commitment, you are a perfect example to everyone at Spectrum, and we appreciate all that you do for Spectrum and our clients.
