When you win a new contract, you don’t only just win new business and build a new client relationship, you also have the opportunity to work with new employees who can become an integral part of your team. We were awarded Micron in March 2018 and through the TUPE Process we transferred a long-standing existing team. This team knew the site well and work to a good standard however it was key to the future success of the contract that this team were supported and developed by Spectrum.

We are delighted to award Employee of the Month for February 2019 to Margaret Johnstone, Site Manager, and Kirsty McCann, Site Supervisor. This dynamic duo regularly exceed expectations by their commitment to Micron and Spectrum, overseeing the daily cleaning operation as well as the multiple additional services we provide.

Margaret and Kirsty have also just successfully completed World Host training which will allow us to continuously improve on our service delivery and our client experience.
