The winners of our ‘Employees of the Month’ for May 2024 are Jack Miller and Rubina Kausar.
Jack Miller started with Spectrum on 12 November 2023, working at Harvey Nichols in Edinburgh. He has proven to be a hit with his line managers and our client; in fact, two members of our team, Katie Dodds and Gemma Pollock, nominated him.
Spectrum Area Manager Katie Dodds has this to say about Jack: “He is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure the client’s expectations are met. He supports client requests without hesitation, works at additional store events and covers the team’s sickness/holidays. I had a meeting with the client, and they spoke highly of Jack. He is a valued member of the team.”
Gemma Pollock also added: “Jack started with us last year and has been a fantastic addition to our team. He is highly valued on-site by his colleagues and the client’s team.”
Well done, Jack. You are making an impact and are certainly a great ambassador for Spectrum.
Our second winning for May is Rubina Kausar who started with Spectrum on 21st July 2023, working at Jewish Care Scotland.
Our operations Director, Rebecca Bell, nominated Rubina. She said, “Rubina has never had a day off sick and obligingly stepped in to pick up extra duties when another member of the team was off with sick.
“She consistently delivers excellent cleaning standards and is well-liked by clients and colleagues.”
Regional Manager John Connor fully supported Rebecca’s nomination and agreed that she is an excellent employee who more than adequately represents Spectrum’s commitment to delivering consistently high standards for clients.

As the company grows, it gets more challenging to select two winners every month; we have so many people delivering daily for the clients they support. We thank all of them, but special thanks this month go to Jack and Rubina, who typify so many of our team who are doing great work and flying the flag for Spectrum.
