We are delighted to announce the first winners of 2025 of our Employees of the Month; both are deserving winners and great ambassadors for Spectrum. They are Helen King and Sharon Jackson.
Helen King is approaching her 10th anniversary with Spectrum, having started in June 2015. Helen works between two sites in Ayrshire at DSM and James Frew. She was nominated by her manager, David Gray and Spectrum Regional Operations Manager, Ally Love. Both admire Helen’s dedication and work ethic. Speaking about her nomination, Ally said: “Helen has been with Spectrum for a number of years, so her loyalty should be recognised, as should the consistently high standard of her work, which the clients frequently acknowledge.
“Helen is always willing to step in and cover weekend shifts when needed. She will carry out any task asked of her and prides herself in doing the best job she can when carrying out her duties.”
Sharon Jackson started with Spectrum in October 2023, working for clients in Dundee. She was nominated by Spectrum’s Head of Operations, Gemma Pollock, who stated: “Sharon has excelled in her role and has adapted exceptionally well to the recent renovations on site, which introduced an additional workspace area for her to take on. She consistently produces excellent cleaning standards and is keen to support her team wherever possible, often working overtime to cover absences/holidays on site.
“She has built excellent relationships with her colleagues and goes above and beyond to assist our client team on site.”
The client also added: “Once again, I would like to commend Sharon as even when she is asked to pick up additional duties, she does so with no complaints, turns up on time and works all the way through the day. She is an amazing asset to the team and a credit to the company.”
We are always delighted when the management team reports good things to us, and even more so when we get such great feedback from the client.
