The Employees of the Month for February 2025 have been decided, and both are deserving winners and exemplary team members at Spectrum. They are Alicia Beattie and Joe Burnett.
Alicia Beattie started with Spectrum in August 2022 and moved into the Cover Operative role at the beginning of 2024. She was nominated by Aberdeen Area Manager Caroline Kane and Regional Operations Manager Jennie McColl, both of whom praised Alicia’s diligence and desire to exceed not only their expectations but also those of the clients she works with.
Caroline commented: “Since taking on the role of Cover Op in February, Alicia has met and exceeded expectations. Alicia takes the time to understand each site’s specific requirements. She works exceptionally well with onsite team members and has a genuine focus on client satisfaction.”
Jennie added: “Her reporting is accurate and timely, and she has been keen to support and guide new starts. When faced with a problem, Alicia typically finds a way to get the job done, reporting back on any issues encountered. We are very pleased with her progress to date; she brings strength and resilience to Team North!”
Joe Burnett started working with Spectrum in December last year as a Supervisor at engineering technology company Booth Welsh in Ayrshire and helps out when needed at other sites in the region. He was nominated by two Regional Operations Managers, Helen Love and Ally Love.
Helen was full of praise for the exceptional start and impression Joe has made since he started; she said, “Since starting at Booth Welsh, Joe has been excellent and represents Spectrum well. He is very willing to help when needed at other sites and now works at several locations, including Kilmarnock Bus Station and Halo. It is noticeable how well-liked he is at every site where he works.”
Ally Love added, “Since Joe started with us at Spectrum as a Supervisor at Booth Welsh, his attitude and willingness to go the extra mile have always been impressive. In particular, his communication skills are excellent, and he is leading his team very well.”
We are fortunate to have people like Alicia and Joe representing us on client sites; we are grateful that they are committed and happy to do whatever it takes to get the job done and ensure the clients are happy with the work levels and delivery of our services.
