The deserving winners for the August Employees of the Month have been selected; they are Margaret Burns, who works on our JW Filshill contract, and Wendy Waite, who works at DSM-Baker Hicks.
Margaret Burns has made an instant impression; she only started with Spectrum 2 months ago! Already, her hard work and positive attitude have caught the eye of Spectrum’s Lynne Graham and the Regional Operations Manager, Helen Love. Moreover, Amanda Casey, Safety and Wellbeing Manager at JW Filshill was also quick to sing her praises.
Speaking about Margaret’s impressive start at Spectrum, Lynne Graham commented: “Margaret has fitted in from the day she started. The client is thrilled with her work, and this is reflected in the results of my first audit”.
Speaking from a client’s perspective, Amanda Casey added: “Margaret has settled in so well here and works hard and is very personable with everyone. We have seen a noted improvement since she has started for sure”.
It’s fantastic to see someone make such a quick impression on three different people; well done, Margaret, your excellent work ethic is definitely getting you noticed!
Wendy Waite started with Spectrum in DSM on 20th December 2021 and has steadily progressed because of her approach and attitude; she is now a Cleaning Supervisor at DSM-Baker Hicks, a position she has ably held since November 2023.
Wendy was nominated by Spectrum’s Site Manager Alistair Love who was full of praise when he said: “Wendy has been appointed as a Supervisor for the Baker Hicks site. She has excelled in this position and is showing me great signs of supervisor skills. She has picked this up and building a great working relationship with the new clients and her new team”.
Wendy certainly has embraced the role, and she continues to impress the client and her team members; well done to her; she leads by example and sets excellent standards in everything she does.
