Sasha Muir started with Spectrum in June 2020 at Scottish Ambulance Service, Edinburgh East. She was nominated by Spectrum Regional Operations Manager, Katie Dodds, and it’s not difficult to see why! Katie rightly put Sasha forward after she received feedback from the client. It’s such glowing praise for Sasha that we don’t really need to add anything other than the positive feedback from our client:

So, we are happy to formally recognise Sasha by naming her an Employee of the Month for April. We are truly grateful for the hard work you do, and the manner in which you do it!
Our second Employee of the Month for April is Mary McNelis, who started with Spectrum in May 2022 at Knight Frank Capella. Mary was nominated by Spectrum Area Manager John Carlyle, again following positive feedback from our client, here’s what they had to say:
“Just an email to say that your cleaner, Mary McNelis, recently went above and beyond – we recently had contractors carrying out repairs. Despite being warned, they marked the brand-new cream carpet in the office.
“With only a few hours to go before our letting agents were conducting a viewing, Mary immediately set about cleaning the mess using hot water a cloth and dish soap and lifted all of the staining – despite this not being part of her regular duties.”
Mary certainly showed the right attitude and approach to provide a solution to help the client. That’s the kind of service we want to deliver to all of our clients.
