Ian joined Spectrum Service Solutions in April this year after applying for a temporary post to cover additional works at a large chemical plant that we service in Ayrshire.

He was very keen to work with the company and his excellent can-do attitude was recognisable from early on. We have invested in Ian by training him on various tasks and at various contracts. This has led to Ian covering holidays, sickness and additional works over many of our contracts at short notice.

Ian has become a key member of our operations team. He also recently joined our Event Team as a trained Waste Operative. He is a very pleasant, obliging worker and we felt it was important to recognise his commitment to our company and his constant ability to go over and above his duties.
