2018 has been a whirlwind of a time at Spectrum and the teams have been busy mobilising new contracts, running events and managing our existing contracts. It is so important to us to acknowledge our staff who help us through these busy times. Join us as we take a look back at the employees of the month from the end of last year, and why they are so deserving.
October 2017 – Diane Black
We are close to celebrating Diane’s one year anniversary with the company. Diane joined us in July 2017 as a Mobile Cover Operative for the Ayrshire area, since this time Diane has proven herself to be a valuable asset to the business by always remaining flexible and helping to deliver the highest standard of work around a variety of contracts. Diane can often be seen around Ayrshire and sometimes Glasgow in her Spectrum branded Kia Picanto, known as “KiKi”! Helen, Regional Manager (West), wanted to thank Diane for all of her hard work and dedication to Spectrum by nominating her for October 2017 Employee of the Month, which she very rightly deserves!
November 2017 – Graham Edwards
Graham had been awarded Employee of the Month very soon after joining the business thanks to his continued assistance and willingness to go over and above by helping to cover Holidays and last minute requirements. Graham now works for Spectrum in a dual role both within an Office Building and Motorbike Showroom and continues to assist where possible. Without our staff we wouldn’t be where we are today and we are pleased to recognise Graham for his commitment. Well done Graham!
December 2017 – Aileen Warren
Aileen has been a true Spectrum success story following her transfer to the business in 2014. Rebecca, Head of Operations, has worked closely with Aileen over the last four years to build her skill set and confidence in becoming an outstanding Site Manager at a School we provide services to in Glasgow. Aileen has a great rapport with her team and an excellent eye for detail. Aileen is very deserving of our December 2017 Employee of the Month recognition, welldone Aileen!
