We are delighted to announce Karen Munro as December’s Employee of the Month.  Karen joined Spectrum in 2018 at a COMAH site in Ayrshire where she has flourished into one of our star employees.

Karen’s work ethic is second to none, her dedication to the Spectrum and to her role is exemplary.  A great team worker, her flexible attitude and willingness to support the client and their staff made her a very welcome nomination for Employee of the Month.  She is a first-class worker and a credit to Spectrum.

Commenting on her nomination, Karen said: “I enjoy my job and the site where I work.  It has loads of different areas and buildings. I also enjoy interacting with the client creating long-lasting good working relationships with them, and It is a good company and site to work for.”

Away from work, Karen and her partner enjoy spending time with Katie and Rachel, her grandchildren, who are 7 and 4 respectively.  When not enjoying their company, she also likes to have weekends away walking in the countryside.

Speaking about Karen’s contribution to Spectrum, Site Manager, Alistair Love said: “Karen’s attitude has always been first class. She has a willingness to help the client at every turn, and I have seen a real positive approach to her work”.
