We are delighted to announce that the December Employee of the Month is John Paul McDonald, who works for Spectrum at the V&A Museum in Dundee. John Paul’s Manager is Caroline Kane
John Paul has worked with Spectrum since September 2019 and became the site supervisor at the V&A in June 2022.
Since joining Spectrum, John Paul has demonstrated that he is extremely hard-working and willing to learn new skills. Well-liked by clients and stakeholders, he has an outgoing and engaging personality. John Paul is an excellent example of the progression opportunities at Spectrum; he began onsite as a cleaner, and his enthusiasm, ambition and application have resulted in his well-deserved career growth and promotion. So, he was a standout candidate when the vacancy arose for a Site Supervisor at the Dundee contract. Since then, John Paul has continued to go from strength to strength; he has a very can-do attitude and shows an exemplary work ethic and commitment to Spectrum.
Regarding his nomination, John Paul’s Manager, Caroline Kane, said: “John Paul would be a worthy candidate for Employee of the Month any month. He consistently goes above and beyond for Spectrum and the client. His eagerness and work ethic are first-class.”
