To round off the Employees of the Month for 2024, we are delighted to confirm that our two winners in December were Kabir Olatoyan and Bernadette Smith.

The selected winners for December 2024 are Kabir Olatoyan from Harvey Nichols and Bernadette Smith from Hampden Events.

Kabir Olatoyan started working with Spectrum in November 2023 at Harvey Nichols. Since then, he has demonstrated his flexibility and eagerness to help where needed, having worked at various sites in the East Region, including Knight Frank and other prestigious contracts.

He was nominated by his Manager, Ashleigh McEleney, who stated: “Kabir is a very willing member of the team; more than happy to cover sites when needed, and no matter where he works, he sets consistently high standards.” Kabir’s attitude certainly makes him a standout team player and a valued member of the Spectrum team in the East.

Our second winner for December is Bernadette Smith, who started working at events at Hampden Park Stadium back in November 2023. Since then, she has worked at other events and permanent commercial contracts in the West region.

Bernadette was nominated by her Manager, Roberta Williams and Regional Operations Manager, Helen Love.  Speaking about why she nominated her, Roberta said: “Bernadette has excelled over the last few months, she has delivered fantastic standards for a range of clients”. Helen added: “Bernadette is an exceptional and reliable worker, working at numerous sites, working at Hampden events and in daily cleaning”. Bernadette is an excellent example to everyone she works with; we are fortunate to have her on our team in the West region.
