We’re delighted to announce a recent contract win at an iconic commercial site in Renfrew. Located only a few miles from our head office in Paisley, the building holds a wealth of rich history and heritage.

The category A listed building has had many purposes and seen various architectural changes over the years. The building passed through multiple occupancies before it was purchased by our client in 2014 and now currently sits as an office block whilst also facilitating conferences and events.

We are pleased to be a part of keeping such an iconic and historic building maintained and showcased in its very best light. We are providing cleaning, carpet cleaning, janitorial and sanitary services to the office block. The grounds of the building have been of much local interest throughout its development and it has been awarded many high regarded accolades over the years. Stepping inside the building, the influences from its past occupants are clear from the architectural and interior style, making it a very unique premises that we are proud to work in.
