If you follow our blog or any of our social media channels, you’ll know that it’s been a hectic period for Spectrum. Our events team has been busy with various golf, football and charity events throughout the UK over the summer. In addition, we’ve been busy supporting our facilities management clients as businesses have returned to more normal working arrangements. We’ve fallen behind in announcing our Employee of the Month winners with so much going on, so we thought we’d feature them in two batches starting with the June, July, and August winners.

Employee of the Month for June – Annemarie Hendry

Even though Annemarie has moved on to pastures new, we’re delighted to acknowledge her dedication and support while she was with us at Spectrum. Her commitment and help working at NHS Pyramids were much appreciated by her colleagues and the management team at Spectrum. Speaking about Annemarie, her Manager, Craig Lorimer said: “Annemarie was a great help and was always on hand to support where possible. Unfortunately, Annemarie has moved on to a new adventure, but we wish her all the best for the future.”

Well done Annemarie, and best wishes in your new role; we miss you at Spectrum.

Employee of the Month for July – James (Jim) O’Donnell

Jim has worked at an Upper Tier COMAH site since he started with Spectrum in January 2017. He was named Employee of the Month for July because of his can-do attitude and his ongoing flexibility. Jim goes above and beyond to meet the client’s needs and deadlines. Speaking about Jim’s nomination for Employee of the Month, his Manager, Alistair Love, commented: “I believe Jim has developed incredibly in his time with Spectrum and has a real self-drive to be a role model within Spectrum. His can-do attitude rubs off on other members of the team. He is a very easy-going individual and very pleasant. Well done Jim, and keep up the excellent work!”

We second Alistair’s comments and congratulate Jim on winning Employee of the Month for July. Thank you for your hard work and commitment Jim, it is greatly appreciated by all.

Employee of the Month for August – Lynne Graham

Lynne started work at Spectrum in August 2020 and works at Terumo Aortic’s facilities in Inchinnan. Nominated for her dedication and commitment, Lynne goes above and beyond and exceeds expectations daily. She is a worthy winner of the Employee of the Month title for August.

Speaking about her title win, her Manager, Helen Love, said: “I’m really proud that Lynne was our Employee of the Month in August. Lynne’s got a fantastic attitude and is super enthusiastic and conscientious. She’s recently been promoted to Supervisor at Terumo, in recognition of her ongoing good work. Lynne’s a pleasure to work with, and we look forward to supporting her in her new role.”

Again, we endorse Helen’s comments and thank Lynne for all her hard work and dedication to her job; we all much appreciate it.

So, thank you to all three winners. You have displayed a superb work ethic and excellent attitude to your work. All of you are first-class ambassadors for Spectrum, and we know your positive approach and willingness to help rub off on those around you. Well done, and keep up the excellent work.
