Bright times ahead with Blue Sky win in Aberdeen

We are delighted to announce yet another contract win in Aberdeen.  Blue Sky Business Space, the office and meeting space operator, has appointed Spectrum Service Solutions to provide a range of services at their two locations in Aberdeen.

Blue Sky provides serviced, co-worker and virtual office solutions to a variety of small to medium-sized businesses in the North East of Scotland.   Their solutions are tailored to the specific needs of each client business with emphasis on flexibility and the provision of first-class working environments.

Westpoint House in Westhill, Aberdeen, can accommodate from 1 to 300 people, and Citypoint in Aberdeen’s city centre can accommodate from 1 to 250 people.  Both locations offer a high level of flexibility so, regardless of their client’s requirements, they can provide tailored solutions that meet the changing demands of the thriving business that use their space.

The buildings are designed for modern office life with bright and airy communal areas, exceptionally well-equipped meeting rooms and first-class internet and IT support.

Spectrum will be providing office cleaning of communal spaces, offices and welfare areas in both locations.  Of course, working in a multi-tenanted environment with 24/7 access presents its specific challenges. Stakeholder expectations can vary enormously; therefore, it is essential to agree the scope of work and to have a robust local management presence to ensure the contract is managed correctly. Spectrum’s experience working with similar multi-tenanted buildings will stand them in good stead with this latest contract win.
