We’re excited to announce the winner of Employee of the Month for August 2023 is Joseph ‘Joe’ McCormack.

Joe has worked at Harper Collins since 2018, and joined the Spectrum team 8 months ago as part of a TUPE transfer. Joe’s knowledge of the site and the service provision has been invaluable in ensuring the delivery of consistently high standards for the client. His willingness to help colleagues and share his experience with the client make him the perfect choice for our monthly award.

Joe’s line manager, Emily Davidson, said: “I nominated Joe Mc Cormack because he always goes above and beyond offering help and assistance whenever and wherever required. He is a first-class example to others; extremely well-liked by the client and his colleagues, I think he fully deserves to be named the Employee of the Month”.

Spectrum’s Operations Director, Rebecca Bell, agreed when she added: “Joe is undoubtedly spoken of highly by all who work with him. From the client to his colleagues, all have a great deal of respect for his knowledge and understanding of the tasks and his willingness to help others in the delivery of our services.”
