Our Employee of the Month for April 2016 is George James.

George’s one of our Site Supervisors who started working with Spectrum in August 2014. Since then he has gone from strength to strength.

Initially he was employed to work as a Day Janitor in a factory in Inchinnan where we provide daily cleaning services. His duties included cleaning offices, toilets and warehouse areas. During his time there he began to stand out. He has an excellent eye for detail, great attitude and soon built a strong relationship with our client.

His approach led him to gain a clear understanding of our client’s needs. This helps us to deliver the best possible service and remain flexible for additional requests.

He carried out many supervisory duties before he was even appointed and we knew that George was the best person for the job of supervisor.

His flexibility and willingness to assist Spectrum and our client had been noticed by several members of the Spectrum Management Team, our client and even external auditors. Keep it up George!
